FAQ

Everything you need to know about our solid gold pieces — crafted to last a lifetime.

The “K” stands for karat — a measure of gold purity. 10K contains 41.7% pure gold, the most durable and affordable. 14K (58.3%) is our most popular, balancing richness with everyday wearability. 18K (75%) is the most luxurious, with the deepest, warmest tone.

Yellow gold is classic and timeless. White gold is alloyed with palladium for a silvery finish. Rose gold gets its blush hue from copper. All three are solid gold — not plated or filled.

All VIECLAT jewellery is solid gold — never plated, filled, or vermeil. The gold runs throughout the entire piece, so it won’t chip, peel, or fade.

Yes. Our pieces feature lab grown diamonds — physically, chemically, and optically identical to mined diamonds, just created sustainably. Some designs use cubic zirconia as noted in the product description. Questions? Contact us.

Solid gold does not tarnish. Avoid harsh chemicals (chlorine, bleach, perfumes) which can dull the finish. Remove jewellery before swimming or bathing. A soft cloth polish restores its natural lustre.

Measure at the end of the day when fingers are largest. Wrap a thin strip of paper snugly around your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure in millimetres. When in doubt, size up. Our sizes start at US 4 in quarter increments.

Most solid gold styles can be resized by a local jeweller. Complex designs (bypass, triple bands, full pavé) may have limitations. Please reach out before ordering if you’re unsure.

Bangles are sized by inner circumference in centimetres. Make a fist, measure around the widest point, and add 1–2 cm. Available from 14 cm upwards — listings include both cm and inch measurements.
